Seeing how much we pee'd on Mclaren's battery today is even sweeter. It's a shame Ron Dennis isn't there anymore. He'd have a face on him right now

Yep. You should never sacrifice the heart of the machine which is the Tifosi. Identity still means something

I love these wins, when you're not excpecting anything, and suddenly the driver you cheer for and the team you love wins their home race. Great day, thank's Ferrari.

Btw I'm gonna say it... McLaren had an easy WDC this season and they threw it away. And looking at them they are not even aware of it.

The only thing that would make it better for me would be to be in the grandstands to-day.

I told this earlier & will repeat it again.

Charles leclerc is very underrated driver by F1 media. He’s the best who can take fight with Max on side by side with equal machinery. He had the 2nd fastest car today but made it win against 2 mclarens fast cars.

Equal credit to Sainz as well doing his job.

Now what will F1 media call with Norris? He had fastest car today but couldn’t win? He bottled the start again. I’ve said pretty much overrated driver as he belong to British. They carried Russel for sometime, as he’s doing Walhala wave at every race & they don’t see that potential in him. Now they are carrying Norris as he does have fastest car.

Not bad for a "right wing" country who just want to speak Italian

Well, even in this very forum Charles has some detectors, you know them as well.

McLaren has the fastest car since Miami, and yet Norris bottles it more often than he wins. What a waste of such a great machinery. He may win the title at the end of this year and the British media will proclaim him as the "next big thing since Senna" or something like that...but with a car like that he should've been a lot closer to Max right now.

And speaking of Max, he doesn't look anything special either.

Enzo was overlooking this track and made a suggestion to God to keep the rain and allow the overcast to cool the track by 10 degrees towards the latter half of the race hence why Leclerc managed to keep his race to a 1 stop.

Had the sun been out throughout the whole race, Leclerc would not have made it on a one stop.
It's not how start but how you finish.

K-Mag gets a race ban at Baku for picking 2 penalty points here at Monza making his total penalty points 12.

Charles best Lap is 1.23.268 on Lap 33
    Charles last lap is 1.23.226.

    If it’s true that’s insane. ….

I think you underestimate the effects of unloading the battery at the by far fastest circuit on the calendar with four massive straights. Everyone does it all the time even on normal circuits and Charles knew he had to save the battery life because the McLarens would be insanely quick the last lap.

It was a great tyre management race but being fast on the last lap if you need to be is just standard practice due to the hybrid engine. For reference, Norris was 1.8 seconds faster that lap when he did the same, which is also normal considering the degradation and wear difference.

Plenty of times in the F1 games I've pulled 1.5 seconds out of the bag while doing tyre management races due to saving my battery charge so it even works in video games Unlike some clowns showboating their 'skills' on social media, I actually do 100 % races in cockpit view with no assists and run my own strategy against the 100-rated AI drivers. I'm not close to the times set by the Esports guys but that's also because they obviously cheat in the game code and bring out the complete career cars to time trial to show off. Tour de France around 2000 was still cleaner than these guys. I've done this very experience several times on very old mediums in a slower car for track position and it's always great when it pays off. Those wins are the best. Charles' win is his best of the seven in his career so far.
