    Norris: 1"18.874

    Charles: 1"19.901

And Norris pitted one lap earlier than Charles. This is depressing.

it is unbelievable how slow we are. no matter which tyre we use we are slow. is it possible that we are running lower engine mode after issues in canada? we are unable to overtake anyone whike using drs. except us

So we built up a tyre offset in the 2nd stint only to bin it in the 3rd. It doesn't make sense.

We have no pace and eat our tyres way more than others... nothing any strategy can do with that. We need better car.

Agreed. He'll cook his tires at the end.
It's not how start but how you finish.

It’s simple. Ferrari lost development battle to Mercs & McLaren atleast for 1st half.

Base car was good, but couldn’t develop the car. No matter whatever they bring it’s not giving them performance.

On the other side Mclaren one major upgrade. It really pushed them on equal with RB. Coming to Mercs, they solved their issue & now will chase RB/mclaren.

McLaren should have gone with the undercut with Norris. They could have won this race…..

Or McL right now is what Merc and RBR use to be on their dominant days. They can go full on without the tires even sweating!!

I'm sure we are gonna hear some ready made excuses of Ferrari not ran the Monaco RW, cold temps blah blah from the Italian media.

It's pretty obvious that Ferrari's upgrades have broken the strengths of their base car, and the team don't know what's causing the problem, because so much changed on the car from Imola to Spain. In Ferrari's search of higher top speed, they've lost the sweet spot on the balance of the car that made it so kind on its tires. I did not make sense, imho, to bring such an experiment to Barcelona, where downforce is so essential.

It's not that Mercedes have gone forwards, so much as it is Ferrari broke something.

mclaren were right, that update they brought allowed them to run qualifying times in the race!

I remember Leclerc saying next upgrades (Silverstone upgrades pushed to this track) will put them on par with RB or ahead of them.

It seems like correlation between on track & simulation is back. What they are saying back in the factory doesn’t work on track.

Mclaren was undoubtedly the fastest car today by a mile. But they gave away track position by pitting later than Max. So subpar strategy from Mclaren as well.
