That's very easy. Kick him out and put Bearman in the other seat for the reminder of the season. Sainz, a mere 3 times race winner, doesn't have the baggage of Lewis and Max and Ferrari should put him in his place, but whether they are going to that's another thing.

In last couple of races we brought so many new parts and car is just slow!

When some of us complained about our earlier updates being ineffective, we were told that they were not for performance but were scheduled since pre-season. I guess we're still on that pre-season schedule then.

Yeah he needs to stop, softs should be the tyres
