How are the tires allocated for each team?
I know it's early days and all, but this is looking really good. Not the lap time, but the fact that Charles is able to go quicker in each lap on this current C3 tyres, when the track is baking hot and nowhere near the idle race condition.
The SF24 is the fastest car right now through turns 11-12 and out of turn 10.
Any link to watch it online?
Aston look very strong , the car turning well . Even more stable than Red Bull
We seem to have some issues with brakes or something? Locking up every single lap.

Steering input can give a good indication about the car on medium-high speed corners. Ferrari, AM look good, Alpine looks handful
Mercedes either sandbagging or W15 is bad
Here come Merc hybrid system. They should have been the team to be trolled instead of Ferrari .
The difference is night and day compared to the SF23. SF24 is much more responsive and stable, and looks like the traction prowess of the F1-75 is back.
Top speed is also good.
For day 1 this looks so much better than last pre-season.

That freaking Red Bull looks in a different league. Every other car is bouncing over the bumps on the main straight while the lemonade car just glides over them, like they aren't even there... What the hell. It was nice to seem them struggle at the begining though, maybe they have a car that will be hard to set up right.

Alonso long run pace is quite similar to Charles
No it's not coming yet
I can't even remember testing last season but I imagine I was convincing myself the car looked good
Sainz's setup bouncing so violently
No it's not coming yet
I've seen F1 cars bouncing for 2 reasons:
1) Porpoising due to the aero underneath the car stalling in the rear part of the car.
2) Bumps on the road.
Mechanical bouncing? That's a new one to me! What's the direct cause of mechanical bouncing other than the 2 reasons I just gave.
It's not how start but how you finish.

Porpoising is pretty much gone for every team now. That'S not an issue. The bumps though... Watched onboards and the helmets of the drivers and while others were bouncing quite a bit (Mercedes and McLaren was quite huge) Red Bull looked really weirdly smooth there. Our car seems stiffly sprung as well. Even heard that mentioned during broadcast.

2022 pre-season testing was our best in a long time. We looked on par and possibly better than RB (until Binotto messed up our season). It's obviously still early days but RB seem to be clearly ahead again, which is a bit disappointing.

Damn RB is appoarching 2023 pole
No it's not coming yet
Ferrari steering looks super smooth, balance looks good. I hope we have good top speed to compliment this
Holy —- these times I've got a bad feeling about this.
