Another useless hot take from you. Stop typing like a bot and start acting like a human being. Both Charles and Carlos pitted at the same time. And Carlos managed it just fine.

I am the first to defend the team, but I am sorry nobody works well if they don’t trust the team. And yes Charles should definitely start being a little bit like Max and boss the team around.

Well you need it I guess. He has a terrible season. He struggles with pace in almost every race and even Sainz, who we believed was no match for him, is driving way better this year. So... am I wrong? Did Charles have a problem with the car today again? He had enough time, he failed.

It made sense, Albon was not quick on slicks at that point either.

Charles once again…. He’s not strong enough to take over the decisions on his own.
Yeah, hearing him on the radio is quite frustrating sometimes tbh. He read the situation nicely but does't impose his will on the team.

"I think it's dry condition, should you pit for dry?"....that's not imposing enough at all.

Sainz also outscored Charles in 2021, but even that season anyone who watched the races with any clue could tell who had the better season.

Has he made any difference at Ferrari? Nothing is going to change with Charles or not until we have a capable car.

yep, it wasn't a dumb idea, and it seems like we weren't warming up either tyre well.

i don't understand why they're bashing the team, yeah, Leclerc knew to come in, and i guess in hindsight it gives him an extra lap to bring the tyres up to temp, but he had plenty of laps.

    It's probably a setup difference.

Neither did Alonso, Vettel and a ton of others… the excuse for them not making a difference in Ferrari and being WDCs on other teams was what ?

Exactly my point, the driver is not going to change anything until we produce the car.

If we had Alonso in this car, we wouldn't have been P11 today.

It's all about a solid relationship between driver and race engineer. Charles does not have this relationship with his engineer.Max and his engineer Giancarlo are solid he reads Max's assertion perfectly and responds accordingly that a winning combination the results speak for them selves.Ferrari getting schooled in this department as others.

And as I said and you send me reprimand, with current engineers it is not going to happen any time soon

Sure did, but that year he had a lot of bad luck. This time he just lack the pace for some reason. It's like he lost it... lost the will to drive or I don't know. He was good at the start of the season but as the time goes on, nobody can deny he is not doing great and it's not just team's fault as seen today.

So, Carlos getting 3 place grid means he will start from P11, which means Charles will start from P10.
