The Stroll-Max Incident is reminescent of the Max-Ocon incident at the BrazilianGP 2018.
Max was in the lead and Ocon (about to get lapped by Max) takes out Max in the esses at Interlagos.
Ocon recieved a 10sec. timed penalty from the stewards.
It's not how start but how you finish.
Certainly looking more promising for Charles and Seb in FP, but those Mclarens keep getting in the way. Hope they can maintain this upward trend through the weekend and into Imola. Their top speed seems way down compared to others, though, even Alfa.
No penalty for both Max and Stroll regarding their incident.

Vettel:
Charles drove with the new floor in the morning, I drove with it in the afternoon. But I felt very comfortable.
Al the drivers seem to really like the rack. But they all find it slippery on the new asphalt . I hope Seb will be OK .
Good long run pace from Charles at the end of FP3, a bit slower than Hamilton but that's to be expected. Fact is, with our current engine, at a track like Portimao with long straight and long flowing corners, we are only 6 tenths behind, which is a quite encouraging sign. I know at the the end of qualifying the gap will be bigger, but still, Ferrari's recent small upgrades and aero modifications have given them a positive step forward.
