Lewis has nothing better to do between poles and race wins. He has F-1 under control as far as winning everything in sight inc. a few fastest laps!

That comment from the BLM movement doesn't fit their narrative agenda........please. I do agree with you btw.
Lewis, outside of driving an F1 car, is trying to change F1, it's drivers, teams, manufacturers, with this "end racism". diversity(blacks in F1), BLM movement narrative.
Sorry Lewis, just because the whole of F1 does'nt fit your narrative SHOULD NOT make F1 racist. Just move on and drive.....keep your personal narratives outside of F1.
It's not how start but how you finish.
The other side as I said, there are still areas of the regulations that need to be clarified, and hopefully that may be done in order that in the future at least there is sufficient clarity in the regulations to make sure that we've got all the same understanding."
Interesting, perhaps future clampdowns, better monitoring will knock on Mercs door... And perhaps they have to redesign their engines... Perhaps we might have headstart on our engine by then... Wishful thinking but it could happen...
I just read that Binotto said they don’t even know why they’re slow. And that they need to understand the car! FFS!

Lil Lewis should shut his pie hole, best way to forget all the blm stuff.
Hero's come and go, but legends never die!
I think from a financial perspective, it makes a lot of sense... It keeps cost at a relatively stable amount and pretty much guarantees they always make a profit considering how they have a large fan base and also receive a fixed participation fee... As Ferrari fans, this is bad news, it will guarantee mediocrity unfortunately...
Rest in Peace Leza, you were a true warrior...
So it seems Ferrari vetoed Montezemolo's Formula 1 presidency

Forza Ferrari! http://scuderiafans.com/
Nice bitch biscuit, Lewis. A nice handle for his BF I guess?
Anyway, screw that guy, there is no need to listen to a word he says.
Back to more important things: A lot on here have been saying that Ferrari, as a team is screwed. Some don't want to see it. If you think the 80's were bad you must be blind not to see what's coming.
MONDAY DE-BRIEF WITH MATTIA BINOTTO: “WE NEED TO TURN THINGS AROUND”
Maranello 20 July 2020
A team like Ferrari has to react incisively following a result as disappointing as that of the Hungarian Grand Prix. There has to be a change of direction, as Mattia Binotto already pointed out yesterday afternoon at the Hungaroring and the message was reiterated loud and clear in this morning’s post race debrief.
“After three races, it’s clear that we are in worse shape than we expected and we need to react without delay,” stated Scuderia Ferrari Mission Winnow Team Principal Mattia Binotto, talking to ferrari.com. “The entire car project has to be revised, while taking into consideration the limits currently imposed by the regulations. I am well aware there is no magic wand in Formula 1, but we have to step up a gear to turn things around, both in the short and the long term. It might also be necessary to look at our organisation to improve and strengthen our working methods where the need is greatest. But first, as a team, we need to understand the dynamic that led to this situation.”
Harsh words from Binotto, although he did also stress one important point: “I have confidence in the people who work in the Gestione Sportiva: we have started out on a long process that should lead to another winning cycle. It will take a while, but the whole company understands and supports this vision. That’s why I find it amusing to read some stories that are doing the rounds: it’s not by sacking people that you make a car go faster…”

Lewis is beating the black drum to long and to loudly. As the great Mario andretti said he is creating a problem that does not exist.Does he want to start a race war.?All lives matter black white yellow what ever you are not special Lewis like every body else you will face your mortality.Defeat that then you will have my undivided attention.Untill then focus on f1 and stay out of the geo political spectrum you are upsetting people who do not give a toss about you or formula1.So brother take your ticket and join the que.
Yes, I understand he has to play the political correct game, but this is ridiculous. "Might be necessary" ??? If it is not crystal clear to Binotto and the rest of the Scuderia that the entire organization has lost its way, then there is no hope for the future, and the embarrassment of being lapped will continue for a long time. "Step up a gear" sounds great, but it also implies an overall lack of skill in key areas. Are we supposed to believe that the engineers have been half-assing things in the past and Binotto needs them to actually design superior components now? This is not how a CEO should speak about his company when the chips are down. He has to take responsibility for the mess and call out the people who are not pulling their weight. You can't fix a problem without identifying it.After three races, its clear that we are in worse shape than we expected and we need to react without delay, stated Scuderia Ferrari Mission Winnow Team Principal Mattia Binotto, talking to ferrari.com. Winning cycle ??? How about just being competitive. Of course the people of Ferrari support a vision of winning. That's their job !!! If sacking the dead weight that are sinking the ship is not an option, how is this winning cycle going to get started? I don't think the bean counters will be happy to add competent engineers to the payroll while continuing to pay others to wallow.Harsh words from Binotto, although he did also stress one important point: I have confidence in the people who work in the Gestione Sportiva: we have started out on a long process that should lead to another winning cycle. It will take a while, but the whole company understands and supports this vision. Thats why I find it amusing to read some stories that are doing the rounds: its not by sacking people that you make a car go faster
Since Binotto took Arrivabenes place, it is just down and down, all hope is lost.
Well if they can't solve correlation issues, then there is no point in preparing for 2022. They would never know what actually works, what works in factory will make the car slower on track. That's what the upgrades are doing since forever. The time to fix it is this year and 2021.
Ofcourse not. It's by hiring and recruiting the best people available, something Ferrari can't do. Not because nobody wants to work for Ferrari, far from it infact, but because of the location. Shift the F1 base of operation outside of Italy.it’s not by sacking people that you make a car go faster
Competitive like the last few years? Even Allison said the worst thing about Ferrari is the pressure to always do well in the short term and not look forward to setting up for the long game. If Ferrari has decided that they\re really going to fix things this time... then great, forge ahead and I'll sit through a bad season. If they're going to clean house every 2 years, then the gig is up and might as well leave the sport.
As I said before, we are living in a America-centralized world. Everything has to be seen from their perspective, yours or mine opinion doesn't matter.
Kaepernick bending the knee is totally understandably. The US had slavery and they still have racism problem. Just look at the deep south, all those redneck hillbillies obsessing over a flag of a country that no longer exists. They lost the civil war to the north, but still can't get over their bygone era racist culture.
But why on earth should I bend the knee or say "Black Lives Matter". My ancestors weren't slavers, nor my country had slaves. To me All and Every human life matters. That's why I always laugh when Hamilton preaches about racism and F1 talks about "End Racism", while Saudi Aramco logo being present everywhere.
. @MarioAndretti: "Militant" Hamilton creating "problem that doesn't exist", says the lack of racial diversity in motorsport is not because Black drivers are discriminated against
USA wasn't the only country that had slavery, and white people aren't the only race that had slaves. The entire world still has a racism problem, but it's not as "black and white" as the US media and certain groups like to claim.
Kaepernick taking knee makes no sense to me. He was raised by white parents that gave him a very good upbringing. His stand against police brutality only mattered when it was a black person that got killed, and pushed into a mainstream racial issue using his employer's property and media privileges as his own personal political platform. He makes millions for pushing his garbage agenda.
Lewis decides to not wear a "End Racism" shirt, instead wears a "Black Lives Matter" shirt. He continues to push for special treatment for only black people. That is by definition, racism. He is also fighting for at least some issues that do not exist. He wants "diversity" in F1, which already has a massive amount of different races and cultures and events around the entire world. But he specifically wants to see more black people in F1. There is ZERO evidence to suggest that anyone in Formula 1 is holding the black race back from participating in F1. Aside from the all mighty dollar, I think everyone in F1 searches for the best talents, brains, and skilled people regardless of their race, religion, or country of origin.
Slandering people or factions as racists and pushing for special privileges for black people does not end racism, it makes it worse. Sadly Lewis doesn't realize that he is part of the problem.
Winning cycle? That's the problem, found it, Ferrari think they are competing in a cycle race. Bet this years car looked awesome in theory when they thought they were racing against Chris Froome.
Talk is cheap the correct action speaks volumes. So far all of binottos talk is cheap.
Brazil would be great. The F-1 fans are already there by the millions. They need a new Senna! They have a track. Put Rubens in Binottos seat ! Just wait for the virus to calm down as is the case all over the world. F-1 is indeed in need of a new Brasilian driver or two.
