out of the four days of testing.. it would have been nice if they introduced induced wet testing....to test the wet tyres and also setup...
What is going on? Just 6 laps!
It's a bit early to make changes after 6 laps. I would have thought they would have done more laps
Looks like engine issue. They are probably replacing engine. Should be up and running in 40 minutes.

As per rumors, Ferrari is changing the floor. Leclerc is also confirmed to be circling the paddock. Hopefully it's only setup change maybe because whatever change Ferrari did this week brought a lot of instability so after 6 laps they decided to revert. Engine Issue would be disastrous.
Ferrari try to down play and say they are only checking few things (for two hours)AMuS says that it looks like technical problems for Ferrari but still no confirmation about what is going on.

Hulk & ham on 50+ laps each

AMuS Schmidt asked Mercedes why they didn't bring this big aero update for test week 1 already
Mercedes engineers: "That gave us more time (5 days) in the wind tunnel."
The Mercedes W10 shown today in testing, will be seen in this form in Melbourne!

Both drivers on track every day
Maranello, 23 February 2019 –Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc will both drive on each day of the final four day test prior to the start of the 2019 Formula 1 World Championship. The two Scuderia Ferrari Mission Winnow drivers will take turns at the wheel of the SF90, alternating between the morning and afternoon sessions.
Charles to start. Leclerc will kick off proceedings at the Catalunya-Barcelona circuit on Tuesday. During the one hour lunch break, the car will be reconfigured for Vettel, who will drive the four hours of track time in the afternoon. On Wednesday, it will be the other way round, with Sebastian driving in the morning and Charles in the afternoon and they will continue to take turns through to the final day on Friday, with the 21 year old Monegasque driver doing the final stint.
Just three weeks to go. There are now just 21 days to go until the start of the season, which as usual gets underway at Melbourne’s Albert Park Circuit. The first of 21 rounds this year, the Australian Grand Prix takes place on Sunday 17 March.

'10:56 We should see Leclerc in the Ferrari imminently. After such a strong first test, that ended with everyone and their mothers declaring Ferrari had the edge, week two has started bluntly for the Italian team.
Leclerc has just six laps to his name after three hours of the second test. Ferrari said it needed time to perform some checks – which it has now revealed to be regarding the car's cooling system.
We've been told to expect Ferrari back on-track "very soon".'
Ferrari is out...
10:59 Leclerc is back out in the Ferrari.
1 hour to bang in a few laps
In a way it's good if any issues came up with the cooling now, instead of Melbourne
We might have lost 3 hours but at least it has not caused us a DNF
Only an hour left before the lunch break, lets put at least 40 laps.
speed is in the car
11:03 And Leclerc's lap as he passed Cozens's camera puts him third with a time of 1m19.071s.
Anyone know what tyres we are on?
Leclerc had some fuel in the car as he is still circulating

The “TomCat” devices (circled) were the result of looking indirectly for devices that would allow the team to create more downforce. A key player in this development was “Tomo”, hence the TomCat unofficial name for these devices. These devices moved more air into places that allowed rear downforce to be created (further back).

It's not how start but how you finish.
I'm sure a few teams will be worried about Ferrari's pace, 10 laps so decent fuel and the C3 tyre.
