Seb did hit Kimi first and Kimi went into MV. Kimi was leaving enough space for MV. Much that I do not like it, it is Seb to blame.

I have been waiting what penalty Seb gets, but it looks like there is no penalty, so I assume that is okey to change racing lines in corners and hit others. This is just stupid nowadays.
