Just shows that the Ferrari chassis are no good. But a Renault powered Red Bull shouldn't out-qualify Ferrari in a power circuit like Baku.

At the end of the day, the tires are the same for every team.
If we could not get the tires working, then it's an issue we have to solve.
looking at the cup half-full, lady luck might be starting to smile at us.. and hopefully continues til season's end..
in reality though, unless those tires work in the race tomorrow, it'll really be tough for our boys..
There will be safety cars tomorrow, and exactly when they occur will make or break the race for everyone. If we get a little long-overdue luck we can take a double podium from this yet.
Why is Pascal Wehrlein constantly described as "highly rated"? I've never seen the guy do anything impressive, he's not even better than the lowly rated Haryanto, and yet people keep talking like Wehrlein is a future champion.
SC is almost inevitable tomorrow. Hamilton will charge through, our best bet is to keep Perez behind and hope for misfortunes for others
The Ferrari is a dream - people dream of owning this special vehicle and for most people it will remain a dream apart from for those lucky few. ~ Enzo Ferrari
The whole team are unable to sort this for the past years now,no good chassis, suspension, aero. At the end of the day, the tires are the same for every team.

Come on guys, better quali than we expected for various reasons, yes we're still off the pace and the tyres are causing too many issues, but at least we're on the 2nd row. There's no knowing what could happen in the race but the Merc-powered Williams and F Indias will be quicker than us on the straights, as will HAM. But first they all have to get through the first lap.....no predictions coming from me, though, that's for sure!
1.2 seconds off the pace, behind a Red Bull and a Force India... Maybe circumstance can throw a favour in our direction tomorrow, but a dismal result otherwise. Nothing coming out from the team suggests cause for optimism otherwise.
Lap 1. Turn 8. There is going to be a massive pileup. Then a red flag and a restart. Looking at that turn, there is no way that won't happen. Also, the run down to T1 from the start seems to be really short. No?
Seb says we are here to attack. What they are smoking on Ferrari PR ?
In the final sector we lost a massive 6 tenths. We were slower than almost all mid field cars, even haryanto was faster. The sector is essential a series of mild curves taken flat out. It's humiliating to be honest.
Unless Seb has a great start like Canada and defend like Ves did on Rosberg and also if we didn't mess up with strategy there's a very little chance that we might be on podium..
Nico will be checking on Lewis' whereabouts in his mirror for sure. That alone could cost him.
Hamilton will probably take it easy after lap 1 and pit very late to have clear air and make up ground
