I saw the gimmick Mercedes brought today and I honestly must confess that they have reached the state of innovative less. Those updates are the true picture of they lack of up grading. Bring on Melbourne and we will se the true colors!!!

So, Honda Motorsport boss Arai is being replaced at the end of this month. Same story again for McLaren?

Looks like the 2016 PU is an improvement but apparently it is not enough. Considering the gone off-season perhaps they should have made these personnel changes earlier if they think that the current development path is not correct.
