Ferrari to debut shorter nose in Canada.
So let me get this straight. We have a new turbo , new fuel for new engine mapping. New nose. Modified rear suspension. This is almost a B-spec car hey. I'm sure theres more upgrades we are not being told about. I realy wonder if these updates will help us or make us drop further.
So 2023 started off bad, but managed to claw back some lap time come end of the year. Lets hope SF24 will give us tifosi something to smile about.
-Gianlu-Motorsport confirms the modified rear suspension (stiffer, to get better traction) for the #CanadianGp. No new nose - #Ferrari

It will be cold on Sunday, the high is only 16 degrees...
Rest in Peace Leza, you were a true warrior...
If it rains and is this cold it will be even harder to get a good look at the updates since conditions aren't representative..
We really can't get a break..
The Ferrari is a dream - people dream of owning this special vehicle and for most people it will remain a dream apart from for those lucky few. ~ Enzo Ferrari
Used power-unit components before CanadianGP. Alonso, Button & Vettel set to get new turbo:

I can believe we have all those revisions on the car. Maurizio did say we'll get to see a 'completely different' Ferrari in Canada
Heres a bit form this weeks Autosport, Scarbs goes over the tech bits of what Ferrari has done....
Suspension
Ferrari has shifted the rear suspension mountings upwards and rearwards on the gearbox. This changes the pullrod's angle such that it is clear of the floor. But this means the wishbones have narrower spacing between the inboard mountings, changing the geometry. This may of had adverse effect on traction and lateral grip.

Sounds like Scarbs is saying the new suspension may have an adverse effect on traction and lateral grip.
