The way I see it, if it stays dry Williams can be a threat for us and if it rains Red bull will be strong.....

hopefully we are quicker on both conditions

Not sure about RBR, unless its a full wet weekend. They will struggle massive on the straights so they will take a lot of downforce of their cars, remember last year? When Seb went for the lead on the first lap? If they take a lot of downforce of they can be competitive on the straights, but when it rains I think they will struggle

Are you sure? Its kind of strange to go SS and M in Spa.......its more logical to go S/M or SS/S

Other sites saying Vettel has full old sidepods Kimi has old front of sidepods but rest is new sidepod so some form of hybrid. Strange, back to backs on Friday? Ironic as using old spec in Spain was said to be a reason for Kimi's bad race pace there bur looks like Vettel using old and Kimi a hybrid for Friday at least. After the last few years always makes me worried when Ferrari seem to go back to specs from a few months back.

I am new to Formula 1 and I am learning a lot from these threads! I was at the Hungarian Grand Prix and I hung out with a Formula 1 pit crew for several nights in Budapest. Since we are coming back from a race win I wouldn't worry this too much. Considering our recent history there is a reason for having doubts. This must be working better than the race winning car for SPA otherwise why change.

it's FP1, i wouldn't worry too much about the Red Fools....i think we have a different program now and NOT chase fast times in free practice any more ever since MA told the team NOT to do so anymore
