It's going to be a Vettel or Hamilton win tomorrow, Alonso will try to make the podium, Massa will collide with someone. Another race lost and more excuses from Domenicali! It's getting trying.
i hope it's not PRESSURE that's making him make these rookie mistakes...speaking of rookies, look at Botas...amazing drive by him in taht crappy williams...we all know Ferrari form is way better then williams this season....but that youngster can drive...
oh, well too many if's, and's or but's.....let's hope we can deliver when it counts, TOMORROW that is...
So the SF-24 has been a decent car. Lets hope that the totally redesigned from the ground up SF-25 contender will be a beast that will give us tifosi something to smile about.
yup indeed, Massa is suddenly making SOOOOOOO many rookie mistakes...it's time we let him go at end of season....i know my comment is a little harsh...but COMMON...is he sleeping while he's driving.....jeez, my grandma can drive better then that....OK sarcasm here.....LOL

Raikkonen gets two place grid penalty for not starting from fast lane of pits in qualifying, as has Ricciardo.
No Risk, No Fun!

Another mediocre performance in qualifying, and to those posters that told me in the past that qualifying means nothing as it' s about the race well again i say that starting from the front is very important, why make the race even harder for yourself starting further back on the grid. And to those that constantly knock Vettel, I'd have him at Ferrari in a heartbeat.
2nd in the race is possible for Alonso. Win is difficult but still achievable. We need dry weather tomorrow. If it rains, we will struggle to make it to the podium. Unfortunately, if we win tomorrow Vettel is still very likely to be 2nd.
Massa will do well just to finish in the points. You could tell how upset he was from his reaction in the cockpit of the car when he crashed.
Massa is making Nicholas Todt's job difficult.
it ll be interesting race. :D
Ferrari Have to shake things up at the race track! Get rid of Massa and put someone in the car that can drive! No more playing with this situation! A better driver in Massa's car would help Allonso clean up his game too! The other side to this is the Ferrari is NOT as good in the chaging, cooler , wet, conditions as the Red Bull and some other cars on the track. The Ferrari and the Lotus are best in Hot, Extreme conditions. If things stay as they are and Vettel is in clean air, He has the best chance of winning Flag to Flag! It is a real shame that Alonso's errors in the first few races are hurting him so much now as the other teams seem to have caught up to the Ferrari and Red Bull is back in front. Massa is Nowhere again and it is time to replace him! Massa is just hurting the Ferrari Team too much and he needs to be replaced! Put Kobayashi in the car and lets see what he can do! Enough is enough!
I think a bit of perspective is required in this thread.
- The F138 is a fantastic car at managing the tires unlike other cars on the grid and similar to the Lotus
- This quality leaves it not able to generate heat into the tyres in wet conditions unlike the Merc and RB
- Alonso and Massa have both had to push harder in their cars in these conditions to be competitive when compared to RB and Merc in particular
I'm not saying that our performance was the best it could be given the conditions, but we are clearly sacrificing performance in these conditions in order to have a fast race car and pretty good qualy car in dry conditions, which most races are typically run in... except for this year it seems.
Luck is not going our way but we have to stick with it.
So long as the race is dry and we get a clean start we have a chance for the win. Alonso's race pace is the best in the field for this track so a podium is almost a certainty given the cars ahead and their respective race pace if it remains dry.
The only question for me is if he can reel in Vettel. if luck starts to go our way perhaps a SC may pull us into contention for once instead of going against us.
For once I am gunning for Lewis and hoping he really pressures Vettel at the start as the Merc should start quicker given their tyre warm up speed. Problem for Merc and Lewis is that this time Vettel will dictate the warm up lap pace so he is expected to be up to temp from the start.
Massa will come through the field also as overtaking is straight forward at this track and he too had a good race pace on Friday, probably 3rd best behind Alonso and Vettel.
On performance and qualy position it looks like the race top 4 will consist of Vettel, Rosberg, Webber and Alonso weather and reliability permitting, but hopefully not in that order!
Chin up, pray for a dry race and Alonso will normally do the rest for us and hopefully a little luck will go our way so we don't drop more points to Vettel.
When on earth will we have a qualifying session when we outright get pole...
In wet we have tyre heating issues and in dry we mis by a few tenths maybe because of downforce...(atleast we were best in rain last year)
And if Vettel wins this one , we will be way behind in the wdc ,,,and also keeping in mind that we will struggle in tracks like singapore,korea,hungary...
It’s time Vettel had some bad luck, says Alonso ....doesn't look like,,,,
Depends on how fast Alonso can clear all the slower drivers in front, and the weather too. During dry FP2, it was said that Ferrari was 2 second faster during race simulation? If that's the case, we could destroy everyone easily
But I don't know if we will get a dry sunny track at all
Every saturday it's the same, a lot of us saying we should do this and this and this.. Biut when you look at some figures, you'll see that our average qualy positions since 2010 is row 3-4, whereas RBRs is row 1-2. Nevertheless, we have fought for the championship in 2 of these 3 WDC till the last race.. Indeed, we should have a dominant car in qualy and the race, it would be nice, but we at Ferrari don't need that to perform.. The thing that worries me the most, the last 4 year, we had 2 kind if competitive cars F10 and F138, and two not so competitive cars F150 and F2012, the thing is, our teamperformance with our not so competitive cars has been better, if we would have had this car last year, we would have won, but thing aren't like that.. We've had some bad luck and a lot of point were lost, but remember 2010, we were far behind after the summer break, but were leading in the last race, remember Vettel last year.. We should keep believing in the Scuderia. I know it's hard sometimes, but our team is the team with the most history in F1, there will be good year, remember 1999-2004, 6 consecutive WCCs, 2007, we did a good job and were a little bit luck for the problems at McLaren and won bought championships.. 2008, that was really frustrating! Felipe doing a great job and proving himself and Lewis winning.. 2009 we knew it was going to be though, but our drivers didn't loose faith.. 2010, trouble in the first half, very good second half, in the end, al the 4 drivers that could have won the championship in the last race would have deserved it, they all did some great thing, but they all also made mistakes.. 2011 not a competitive car, but a very competitive Fernando and Ferrari, 2012 kind of the sime, we could say it was even a perfect season, we should have won the WDC, our car didn't deserve it, but this kind of performance from a team and driver is just incredible, don't think there are many seasons like that... and then we are in 2013, right now.. We should believe in our drivers. The only thing that really frustrates me is this: RBR isn't the fastes car on one lap, because then they would eat up their tyres, and 2 qualies in a row it starts raining which gives Vettel the opportunity to take pole..He's alway so lucky.. I really hope his luck changes but we can't count on that, remember last year, his luck didn't change, he made a very bad mistake in Brazil, but his car was just fine and no one drove into him, how lucky can you be.. But yeah, we need to believe in the Scuderia!
Forza Ferrari!

Things don't look so bad. Both of our cars will move forwards in the race. I call Fernando for the win and Felipe to get a top 8.
Well as the team said from friday it will be a very complicated weekend!!!!
Saturday in bad shape fighting with the car!!
Sunday a dominating WIN!!!!!
FERRARI FOR EVER !!!!!!!
Felipe strugled much more than Fernando during the Q. I wonder if it could have been partly due to the other exhaust configuration. The exhausts on Felipe's car are further away from rear tyres thus it could be more difficult to heat them up in these conditions.
This season is so hard on us, let's hope the race is dry, we have the car to get on the podium with Fernando and some points with Felipe. They need a safe start, no need to take risks.
