reality is that other teams have replaced their drivers during season, it all depends who has the best laywers and management

It is a shame for Massa but clearly seems out of his depth and I feel that Rob Smedley is probably fighting his corner to keep him in but I do think his days are numbered. Ferrari would have nothing to loose replacing him probably more of a risk keeping him?!

Who would step in Fisci, Gene?

Also, LH is making it very obvious that his new management asked for the "innocent" image.

    So artificial.

5th place for Alonso in probably the 4th/5th best car today shows what a great driver he is. Was watching some onboard footage of Maldonado when he was hustling Alonso towards the end of the race and it seems Alonso's adapted his driving style to maximize traction out of corners

For some reason I think Bianchi has yet to prove he deserves to be in a Ferrari. I know he never had a chance in one, at least in a race, but I remember some races from GP2 in which he wasn't very constant.

I would go for Perez if possible.

In terms of parts, but they may change some mechanical components to further improve the car. And Malaysia should suit the car more.

Well with our miserable top speed... I don't quite think so.

Alonso said it will be the same car in the interview after the race with Sky, but there are a lot of tweaks and setup changes can be done.

Do you guys really think other drivers are willing to take Massa's position at Ferrari right now? Drivers like Perez and Rosberg are better off with their current teams and teammates. Why would anyone be interested in driving 19 races against Alonso in a truck-like Ferrari? Bianchi lacks experience and would probably do even worse than Massa. Result: career/reputation destroyed at the age of 22.

Top speed can be changed with setup.

If our car has a lot of drag, no setup will help. We will know better in few days.

0.3 seconds would be enough to accelerate the car, Alonso will do the rest

Impressive race by Alonso. One more time he showed he has driving skills from another level. No big news here. Car is actually not that bad as we thought. Lets see what happens after we find more downforce in the rear end.

What I find quite annoying by Massa are not his bad results, but the fact he is not helping our team. Fighting back there being more than 1 sec slower than Fernando is not giving the team any useable and reasonable information about the car. Every other top team develops its car with 2 times more information than Ferrari does regarding drivers feedback and practical information. This is unacceptable.

Very good result for Fernando and terrible for Felipe. We are now going to Malesia to score more points. We will improve step by step belive me.If we add some straight line speed and mechanical we can see a podium.

The reason the car had a lot of drag was because they had to put on a lot of wing. And this is not so much a long straight circuit, so they obviously would have a different setup here.
Remember that they are learning more and more about the car every session, and they will have made some changes for Malaysia.

P.s. why wasn't the new front wing run?

if it wasn't for that SC, he could have a crack at 3rd place/ vettel i think. looking at the ferrari, it doesn't look a hand full car as it seems. but it is evident that it is quite hard on tyres
    Hell would have broken loose
