Fernando avoided an accident. But you are right though, because Fernando- and Ferrari- should know by now that he is on Whitings black list. And he will take every opportunity to screw Fernando.

The F10 is clearly only the 3rd best and only Ferrari can resolve that.
The problem I see is that there is a conflict of interest in how the FIA is organized. You don't see any other sport where, in international competition, the referee is of the same nationality as one of the teams playing. In addition, you have British race stewards deciding a British GP? You only see this in F1.

yup, should have lifted right away and let him pass. the DT however was too much considering he (alonso) had no place to go

I had an opportunity to go hiking today but no I chose to watch this farce again. What a waste of time I just pity those Ferrari supporters who bought tickets, poor tifosi got ripped off again.

Its a simple rule, you can't gain positions by cutting chicanes. And thats what Alonso did (irrespective of whether he avoided any accident). He should have backed off when Kubica left him no room and tried again. He should have also given back the position to Kubica as that was clearly inviting a penalty. Poor race craft really..

Here's hoping for MW or Vettel and RB for WDC and WRC. If we can't at least let not Team England win it either.

Who got ripped off? What farce are you talking about? The second Alonso cut the chicane and overtook Kubica, everyone knew it was going to be a penalty. My question is why didnt the Ferrari pit-wall tell Alonso to give back the position? What were they thinking? The stewards will let it slide because of what happened in Valencia???

Amazing how terrible Alonso is at race starts, while massa is so good at them. Just ruins races. With a good start he had second today and now the wdc is very hard to win. He is cursed this year, barely a single clean race all year, and it never stops it just gets worse.

Good to see Alonso had enough class to congratulate Webber.

I'd be helmet throwing if I were him.

Don't play dumb with me. I'm better at it than you are.
