A Kansas City suburbanite, no doubt preparing for the Super Bowl, caught a whiff of smoke in his home. Soon, firefighters on-site were told by the man to save his Ferrari before his house.
The fire started somewhere in the attic of the Olathe, Kansas home and spread fast enough the owner had to get out before he could rescue his Ferrari. When firefighters arrived on the scene, he begged them to save what seems to us a Ferrari 348 before getting to work putting the fire out. The firefighters managed to roll the car out of the garage unharmed, and then put down the blaze, which did $80,000 worth of damage to the home. The 348 might be one of the more maligned Ferrari's in recent history, but we have to give it to the guy, he sure has his priorities straight.
